If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use 444cuci's services. This platform is only available to individuals who have reached the legally permitted age in their respective region. 444cuci reserves the right to decline registration applications or terminate access for any user found not to meet the eligibility requirements.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and 444cuci. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of this platform complies with the local laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
Account Creation and Security
To access the full range of 444cuci services, you are required to register a personal account. Each individual may only hold one active account. Attempting to open multiple accounts using the same or different information is a breach of these terms and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.
During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full name, mobile number, and a valid email address. 444cuci reserves the right to verify user identity at any time and to request supporting documents where necessary.
You are solely responsible for the security of your account password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. 444cuci will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by a user's failure to keep their account details confidential.
- Use a strong, unique password for your account.
- Log out of your account when using a shared device.
- Report any suspicious activity to the support team promptly.
- Keep your personal information up to date whenever changes occur.
User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
444cuci users agree to use this platform solely for lawful entertainment purposes and to comply with all stated rules. The following are strictly prohibited on this platform:
- Using bots, automated software, or any technical means to manipulate games or platform systems.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, collusion, or attempts to exploit system vulnerabilities.
- Using another person's account or allowing others to use your account.
- Attempting to transfer funds between accounts for the purpose of money laundering.
- Spreading false information or harassing other users through any channel on the platform.
- Accessing the platform from regions where such services are prohibited under local law.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate action, including temporary suspension, balance freezing, or permanent account closure without prior notice.
Payments, Transactions and Currency
All transactions on 444cuci are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports deposit and withdrawal methods commonly used in Malaysia, including e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go and Boost, as well as online bank transfers via FPX.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all funds deposited into their 444cuci account come from legitimate sources. Deposits from unrecognised or suspicious sources may be frozen pending a compliance review.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are as specified in the platform's deposit section and are subject to change from time to time. Withdrawals will only be processed to a verified account held in the same name as the 444cuci account. 444cuci does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
Any attempt to conduct fraudulent transactions, including unauthorised chargebacks through your bank, will result in immediate account closure and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
Liability Limits and Intellectual Property

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 444cuci shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including service disruptions, technical errors, or data loss.
444cuci does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or errors at all times. Scheduled maintenance may cause the platform to be temporarily unavailable. Users are advised not to rely solely on the platform's availability for any time-critical purpose.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 444cuci platform — including logos, graphic designs, text, software, and interface elements — is the exclusive property of 444cuci or its respective licensors. None of this content may be copied, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Any third-party links that may appear on the 444cuci platform are provided for convenience only. 444cuci assumes no responsibility for the content or policies of those external websites.
Account Policy and Terms Amendments
Account Suspension and Closure
444cuci reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account at any time for reasons including but not limited to: violation of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, requests from authorities, or account inactivity beyond the stipulated period. In the event of a verified clean account closure, any eligible cash balance will be refunded upon completion of the review process.
Users may also request voluntary account closure by contacting the 444cuci support team. Such requests will be processed once all pending transactions have been settled.
Amendments to Terms
444cuci reserves the right to modify, update, or add to these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising shall be resolved in accordance with the mechanisms established under the relevant jurisdiction.
